  Position I: Online Business Content Editor Designer

Job description
We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our website product listings edit as an Online Business Content Editor. You will help ensure all products on different platforms are described in an accurate and reliable manner, in clear and concise English. This role involves proofing all information which appears on the product pages and maintaining levels of accuracy through regular audits.

 
Responsibilities:

 

  • Researching, writing and presenting text in ways that appeal to the website target audience
  • Making sure website content is up to date
  • Collect media (picture/video) related to our products;
  • Upload material (pictures/videos) on to the website;
  • Editing and proofreading text produced by colleagues or freelancers;
  • Working to tight deadlines to ensure all product descriptions are well-written in a concise, accurate and informative manner, showcasing all relevant key details.
  • Translate product detail page to different languages.

 

Requirements

 

  • Sophisticated with office software and basic computer operating;
  • Interested in the Consumer Electronics (like smart watches, computers or tablets) would be a plus.
  • Prefer but not required to know some basic HTML language;
  • Familiar with consumer electronics and computer products.
  • Familiar with computer operating.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information technology is preferred
  • Willing to work overtime when needed.
  • Knowledge bout online/offline marketing is a plus.
  • Photo Process, Photography and related graphic techniques.10. Except for English, fluent in Spanish, French, German and Japanese languages is a big plus.
  • Be able to travel internationally if it is needed.

Position II:  Online Business Marketing Associate Designer

Job description
We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join us as an Online Business Marketing Associate Designer. This position calls for a creative, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and disciplined professional to select and process electronics and smart devices images for our website, as well as developing web-based marketing advertisements and promotions.
 
Responsibilities:
  1. Understanding of our own full suite of products and promoting to bring the customer’s interest to our products;
  2. Review and update marketing infrastructure on the website by utilizing marketing software and tools;
  3. Update company social network status and use social network as a marketing channel.
  4. Use online forums and review website to promote our products;
  5. Edit and create content using photo process software;
  6. Shoot photography for products and coordinate and direct requested photo shoots with an understanding of the end use for images on our websites and for marketing;
  7. Identify client needs and manage client expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality service, and solicit and act on client feedback;
  8. Translate product detail page to different languages;
  9. Arrange marketing event, proposal new projects. (e.g. Kickstarter) ;
  10. Arrange and attend trade fairs and product shows;
  11. Visit customers and demonstrate our products.
 
Requirements
  1. Comprehensive knowledge of Photo Process Software.
  2. Photography experience is preferred.
  3. Able to work independently or in a group environment and be multi-task oriented.
  4. Must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal and enjoy writing and editing and have the ability to grasp our company style and tone.
  5. Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field is preferred.
  6. Willing to work overtime when needed.

Position IV:  Part time warehouse associate

Job Description:

This position receives, stores and distributes material, tools, equipment and products within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders; etc.
  • Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders
  • Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Completes deliveries by driving truck or van to Fedex/UPS/USPS
  • Maintains truck or van by completing preventive maintenance requirements; arranging for repairs.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Able to maintain a positive, professional and constructive attitude with team members and management.
  • Have good organizational and time planning skills
  • Able to lift heavy objects
  • Must be dependable and motivated with a stable work history, good communication skills, solid work habits and the ability to work overtime as needed.
  • Must pass background check and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiar with consumer electronics and computer products.
  • Familiar with computer operating.
  • High school diploma.
  • Some similar distribution and warehouse experience preferred.
  • Forklift certification a plus, not required
  • Flexible working hours
  • Be able to drive stick a shift pick up truck.

Position V:  eCommerce Customer Service Operator/Administrator

Job Description:
As an eCommerce Customer Service Operator, you will channel your communication skills to bring proactive solutions to your clients every day. You will provide expert support for products and devices. You will deal directly with the daily tasks of customer inquiries, RMA and product support for online customer orders.

Responsibilities:

Solve customer issues via emails and phone calls.
Strive to meet highest level of customer satisfaction by resolving customers issue in professional &
timely manner.
Multitasking through multiple systems to search for order information, related products and etc. while
interacting with customers.
Other duties as assigned
